Yin mindful yoga class - for the hips
Yin yoga is a beautiful practice - self enquiry, going deep within to our true selves. In this class we will be working with a sequence to gain greater mobility in the hips & restore equilibrium n the nervous system. The practice targets the inner & outer hips, the hip flexors, and the groins & neutralises the spine. It ends with a grounding relaxation to integrate the stretches & to dive deep into the stillness within. We will work with a variety of meridian lines connected to myofascial lines in the body corresponding to a variety of the 5 phases/element theory...mainly - metal, water & wood elements.
