Year 2003...I started my Yoga journey...
I completed an 8 week Mindfulness course in 2018...Mindfulness based stress reduction...
The results were immensely positive & Healing, helping me to cope better in daily life and be more healthy & happy. It was a blessing as I was starting with health problems with the change of life. (Menopause).


I've taught children mindfulness, meditation and yoga through story & music. I've taught adults & family workshops at festivals yoga & mindfulness, weekly adult yoga class at my local community hall. 1 - 1 private clients.


I fell in love with Hatha Yoga...I was working as a qualified primary school teacher & did yoga a couple of times a week. I self taught using books & was going to India in 2011 to do the Yoga course, but I was unable to make it, having a 6 year old child at the time & being a single parent. From 2011, I practiced Hatha yoga and meditation every day. To help me cope with stress, burn out, exhaustion & pain.
I am now a qualified 200hr Hatha Breath Based Yoga Instructor...which covers pranayama & meditation. I'm also a qualified Yin Yoga Teacher. I'm continuing on to complete my 500hr Yoga Instructor certificate.
